Purchase Assistant (Subang)

Job Description

  • To send over quotation requisition to the supplier on materials to be purchased.
  • To follow up on quotation requested from the supplier upon receiving of price.
  • Manage supplier relations and negotiate prices, timelines, etc.
  • To gather & update information on materials suppliers
  • To issue Purchase Orders to the approved suppliers.
  • To key into Stock Control Systems for materials received base on delivery orders.
  • To attach all invoices with the delivery orders & purchase orders before passing them to the accounts department
  • Manage and determine inventory needs.
  • Maintain supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
