ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring the visitor logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, including preparing meeting rooms and coordinating refreshments.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense reporting and invoicing.
  • Maintain and update company databases and records.
  • Other assignments/ tasks/ duties as assigned by superior

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate in Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Candidate must possess at least 1 – 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude.
  • Meticulous and have sense of responsibility.
  • Computer literate with knowledge on Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Independent and good communication skills.
  • Positive and team player.

REMUNERATION/ ALLOWANCE

RM200 – RM2300

WORKING HOUR:

Monday - Friday; 9.00am-6.00pm

WORKING LOCATION:

Level 40, HCK Tower (J-40-1), No. 8 Jalan Damansara, Empire City, PJU 8, 47820 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
