  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As we expand, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join us and help drive financial performance, enabling data-driven decision-making across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance against budget and forecast, providing insights to management.
  • Develop and maintain cost accounting systems for accurate product costing, inventory valuation, and profitability analysis.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic plans.
  • Collaborate with the management team to manage financial resources and control costs.
  • Provide financial analysis and modeling to support new product launches, capital investment decisions, and process improvements.
  • Assist in managing cash flow, including working capital, credit control, and supplier payments.
  • Prepare reports for board meetings, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support the external audit process.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of financial systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in management accounting, preferably within a manufacturing or startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
