Position Summary

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate record of maintenance and operation of aircraft operated by MAB, and provide required/requested record/report or information on aircraft or component.
  • On-time compilation and distribution of monthly report on status of utilization hours/cycles and maintenance of aircraft and engines operated by MAB, for use in maintenance planning/scheduling or other purposes. Ensure good condition and complete content of aircraft certificate file. Manage an efficient archiving system for aircraft maintenance record

Key Accountability

  • Responsible to compile the required documents, record/report or information required whenever required during regulatory audit, maintenance, shop and Airworthiness review audit.
  • Provide requested record/report or information on aircraft or its component to internal or external/3rd Party customers, (example, to Materials/CPC on Hours/Cycles for component repair,).
  • Perform cross-verification (sampling audit) on the relevant work areas to verify compliance to procedure and accuracy of record, at interval determined by the Superior
  • Maintain good housekeeping at workstation and in Technical Records office generally.
  • Inform Superior on any need or condition of equipment and stationeries for use in daily work activities.
  • For C of A renewal, prepare all record or document for review by ARS, such as a/c technical logs, check packages and other record/document. Timely close all the records and physical findings
  • To manage audit for C of A renewal for finding related to aircraft, engine, Landing Gear and major components data integrity and discrepancy. Timely close all the records and physical findings.
  • Maintain an efficient system of archiving and retrieval of aircraft and components accomplished maintenance paperwork/document (particularly AMOS jobcards and workshop jobcards) by maintaining a register & proper storage. Keep the archives in an organized and tidy condition. Provide, within acceptable time, any requested record/document from storage.
  • Assist Executive, Technical Records in maintaining an adequate supply of stationeries.
  • Responsible for any other assignment as allocated to you from time to time by superior.

Qualification & Working Experience

  • Diploma or SPM with 3 years-experience in Engineering & Maintenance.
  • General studies In Airline Engineering & Maintenance.

Skill & Knowledge

  • Good knowledge in Aircraft Engineering Maintenance and Maintenance Planning activities, system and processes, particularly Technical Records.
  • Good command in English and BM both in written and spoken.
  • Competent in office tools (Microsoft Excel /Words).
