Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain recruitment records and update the applicant tracking system.

Attendance and Leave Management:

  • Track and manage employee attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and employees to ensure accurate attendance reporting.

HR Documentation:

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and employee handbooks.

Onboarding and Offboarding:

  • Assist to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and coordination with different departments.
  • Assist to handle offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and ensuring the return of company property.
