Requirements
- Diploma and above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
- 1-3 years HR working experience to assist with administrative work.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively,Preferably fluent in English and bilingual working environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach,
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including but not limited to scheduling interviews, managing calendars, drafting correspondence, and maintaining HR records.
- Recruitment Assistance: Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process for new hires and departing employees, including preparing necessary paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating exit interviews.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and relevant regulations. Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters, such as benefits, policies, and procedures. Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations by staying informed about changes in legislation and assisting with audits and reporting requirements.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
