  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What You'll Do

As a Growth Marketing Specialist, your mission includes:

Ads & Boosting: Manage content boosting and optimize paid ads across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook (and bonus points for other platforms) to drive traffic and growth for our clients' accounts.

Growth Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm, research, and propose growth strategies. You'll stay on top of what's working in the ever-evolving social media landscape.

Reporting & Analytics: Dive deep into data for multiple accounts, preparing insights and analytics reports to help refine and propose strategies for boosting social media performance.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and track key metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth, ensuring that ad performance aligns with campaign objectives and drives real results.

Optimization & A/B Testing: Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, targeting, and placements to maximize the effectiveness of paid campaigns and boost organic reach and engagement.
