MAIN ROLE : To generate sales and revenue to the company.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To understand, promote and sell Cyber Event Hall facilities and packages.
- To actively engage in sales activities to generate more sales.
- To attend online enquiries/walk-ins prospects.
- To cross-selling prospective clients and turn into sales.
- To learn and adapt to current sales platform such as tiktok/instagram/facebook.
- Sales oriented.
- Customer Service oriented.
- To follow and complete sales process and send the right informations to Event Management Coordinator.
- To submit sales weekly report.
- To communicate effectively with client and colleague.
- Responsive and alert to incoming messages/e-mails.
Skills Requirement:
- Must posses a good communication skill.
- To be able to create network, build relationships with clients and persuasive in a good manner.
- To be able to understand client's needs and event requirements
- To be able to educate and provide good informations to clients.
- To submit weekly sales report.
- To achieve monthly sales target.

- Posses interest in social media platform.
- Experience in Sales/Event Management/Masscomm/Hotel & Tourism field.
