Working hours: 9 AM - 7 PM (6 days a week)
Salary: RM2500 - RM 3500

Job Responsibilities:

  • Standby and create invoices immediately after job completion
  • Track daily company spending and manage accounting
  • Manage and monitor the weekly schedule and ad-hoc job requests
  • Handle daily settlement tasks
  • Prepare bulk invoices at the end of every month
  • Organize and manage daily driver routes
  • Solve any emergency issues (clients, staff, vehicles) and address regular client concerns or queries
  • Manage cleaners’ leave, off days, medical leave, and unpaid leave
  • Close liaison with the General Manager, Storekeeper, and team lead
  • Post weekly advertisements and update social media (with GM’s approval)

Job Requirements:

  • Familiar with daily office administrative tasks
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Responsible and detail-oriented
