We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to join our growing team. This role is essential to ensure the efficient operation of our training programs and events, as well as managing day-to-day administrative and financial tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning, project management, operations, administration, and bookkeeping. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Preparation: Prepare, organize, and distribute meeting agendas, take accurate minutes during meetings, and follow up on action items.
  • Record Maintenance: Keep thorough and up-to-date records, ensuring files are well-organized and easily accessible.
  • Customer Service: Assist with customer inquiries and issues, providing top-notch service through phone, email, or in person, ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Event Execution: Plan and coordinate weekly offline events and courses, ensuring that all logistics are handled smoothly, from venue setup to post-event reporting.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
