Senior Finance Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and the board of directors
- Conduct analysis and comparison to budget to provide insights on financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Coordinate the annual budgeting process across all entities, ensuring alignment with the group’s strategic objectives
- Develop financial forecasts and modeling, including cash flow projections and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives and business planning
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements in each jurisdiction
- Liaise with professional advisers such as external auditors, tax advisors and due diligence lawyers to manage audits and tax filings
- Collaborate with finance teams and other departments across different entities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Establish and maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions to secure favorable terms for financing, credit facilities, and other banking services
- Develop and implement strategies for cash flow forecasting and cash management
- Keep and maintain related correspondence, documents and details to ensure accessibility of data for further audit purpose
- Handle any other task as assigned by the management from time to time
Requirements :
Minimum Degree/Professional Certificate in Finance/Accountancy (LCCI) or equivalent
Preferably with 3-5 years of working experience
Familiar with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
Preferable with knowledge and experience in Manufacturing Account and SAP Business One
