Job requirements:
-Good command of English (spoken and written), Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (both spoken).
-Possessing at least an SPM qualification and open to fresh grads with SPM/Diploma/Degree.
-Professional customer service attitude and presentable appearance.
-Able to work on Saturdays and Public Holidays.
-Willing to work in Publika KL.
-Able to start work immediately.
Job scope / responsibilities:
-Receiving customers at the front desk by greeting, welcoming and addressing them appropriately.
-Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor at work place.
-Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls/messages professionally.
-Able to converse and interact with clients of all backgrounds.
-Good listening skills, patience and good interpersonal skills to respond appropriately in all situation.
-Able to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive.
-Documentation and prepare copy of sales invoice or sales receipt for the customer's reference.
-Assist in ad-hoc duties when as assigned.
