  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1.Handle escalated trouble calls and work closely with the NOC, engineering, field technicians, and telecommunications carriers to resolve service issues.

2. Externally facing point of contact to facilitate handling of problem reports and maintain relations with customers, network peers and vendors.

3. Internally facing point of contact to escalate technical issues and communicate network status. Oversee and execute planned network maintenance work, minimizing impact to services.

4. Manage and implement network components using NMS and devices specific interfaces (CLI/GUI.)

5. Provisioning of complex customer services in accordance with service orders.

6. Manage and support project rollout on OLT and ONU for technical delivery

7. Handle as Technical Support for OLT project.

8. Have good knowledge in IP Technology and Datacom will be prioritize considerate

Job Requirements

1. Min 1 year or above of experience with an Internet service provider or enterprise-level network engineering.

2.Good experience in GPON Technology . Understand requirement ITU.T standard of G.984.x and G.988

3.Knowledge of industry standards, fiber/fiber management, electronics, AC-DC Wiring.

4.Ability to use Visio, Excel, Power point, MS-Office.

5. Experience with as-built documentation.

6. Bachelor's Degree in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

7. Meticulous and detail oriented, works well with minimal supervision, ability to troubleshoot problems under pressure and provide analysis to senior management. Ability to train and mentor lower tier technicians.

8. Work with vendors for quotes, service restoration and equipment returns.

9. Work well with minimal supervision.

10. Travel with Own Transport (Car)

11. Able to work at night/ OT

12. Standby/On Call 24/7
