In Malaysia, we currently have six stores located in Midvalley, Kota Damansara, Subang, Cheras, Petaling Jaya, and Bangsar.

Our upcoming recruitment plan will focus on the new showroom opening at Wisma BU8, covering an area of over 10,000 square feet, designed to showcase our exceptional craftsmanship. We also have a factory in Shah Alam, with a total investment exceeding RM 100 million.

What You Will Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and support staff to perform at their best.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

What Do We Need From You (Job Requirements):

  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar leadership role in Retail industry or products related to Kitchen Cabinet or Wardrobe.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
