Key Responsibilities:

• Working with New Customers: Guide customers discovering the possibilities of a loyalty solution.
• Engagement with Existing Customer: Understand businesses challenges and help them achieve more successes.
• Supporting Customer: Respond customers' questions and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

You Are Required To:

• Experienced in customer service role and customer-oriented.
• Experienced in IT/technology role.
• Ability to prioritise competing tasks, proactive and detail oriented.
