Key Responsibilities:
- Working with New Customers: Guide customers discovering the possibilities of a loyalty solution.
- Engagement with Existing Customer: Understand businesses challenges and help them achieve more successes.
- Supporting Customer: Respond customers' questions and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
You Are Required To:
- Experienced in customer service role and customer-oriented.
- Experienced in IT/technology role.
- Ability to prioritise competing tasks, proactive and detail oriented.
