JOB PURPOSE

This person supports the trade execution and operation.
Trade Execution: He or she will work with principal (client) and the sales managers to execute the below the line sales and marketing plans and help the client to resolve any operation challenge.
Trade Operation: He or she will support the Head of sales and sales leadership team on operation and data analytical related tasks

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Trade Activation

  • Work closely with principals (clients) and internal Zuellig Pharma’s stakeholders, i.e. Sales and Marketing team to communicate, manage, and roll out on-ground activities, customer programs, promotional activities, POSM/display drives, merchandising plans, detailing aids to the Pharmacy and / or Ethical channel
  • Execute detail mechanism of promotion program & make presentation of that promotion to Sales Dept.
  • Prepare and execute proposal of promotion event to sales managers and client on promotion mechanism based on opportunities identified
  • Make PDC (Plan-Do- Check) of that promotion program.
  • Work closely with principals on sales forecast of promo packs and other sales activities that will trigger special surge of demands in coming months.

Trade Operation

  • Sales Budget and Forecast - Work with Head of Sales and Sales Managers to review sales budget set by principal and management, allocate, track and review by sales channels on regular basis.
  • Trade Spend Management – Manage funds given by principal, allocate to sales channels, track, control and review on regular basis

Trade Support

  • Business Reviews –Support sales managers on customer/marketing business review, conduct and prepare performance analysis by channels and products, trade activities, customers and competitors’ updates on regular basis with principals and internal key stakeholders.
  • Business Analytics – Support sales managers on sales analytic. Tabulate sales reports, sales forecast, activities tracking, and external business insights report monthly.
  • Operation Activities – Manage operations activities including improvements in the trading activities in retail outlets. Support sales management on improving current operation process to ensure efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Overall 3-5 years of sales experience in the consumer healthcare/FMCG industry.
  • Minimum Diploma qualification in business, marketing, or related studies.
  • Trade or commercial marketing experience is preferable
