Job Description:
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Exemplary communication skills and customer-oriented approach • Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
• Excellent knowledge of computer
Work mode/day/time:
• Mode: Work from Office (Level 1, Tower 6, Avenue 5, The Horizon, Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)
• Day: By rotation including weekends (5 working days, 2 days off)
• Time: 24/7 operating hours shift (Will be having a few shifts in between, 40 working hours per week)
Job Requirement:
• Japanese Speaking with Kanji writing skill
• Both native & non native are welcomed (FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME AS WELL)
• Non Native should have N1 or N2 certification (preferably)
• Candidates with e commerce experience will be an advantage
• Candidates with English communication skill is welcomed but not mandatory
Total Salary Package
RM8000-RM8525 (Basic + allowances)
