Descriptions of Job Duties :

  • Documentation Management: Prepare, organize, and maintain sales documents, contracts, and reports.
  • Quotation Drafting: Assist in drafting and reviewing quatations for customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Proess Alignment: Work with various departments to ensure internal processes are aligned and efficient.
  • Data Entry : Enter and update customer and sales data in the company database.
  • Support Tasks: Assist the Chief Business Officer with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Inventory Coordination: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team & project team to ensure timely restocking of products.

Skill & Experience Requirements :

  • SPM/STPM/ Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies/ Administration or related field
  • Knowledge in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin, as the role involves communication with staff in China.
