Descriptions of Job Duties :
- Documentation Management: Prepare, organize, and maintain sales documents, contracts, and reports.
- Quotation Drafting: Assist in drafting and reviewing quatations for customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Proess Alignment: Work with various departments to ensure internal processes are aligned and efficient.
- Data Entry : Enter and update customer and sales data in the company database.
- Support Tasks: Assist the Chief Business Officer with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Inventory Coordination: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team & project team to ensure timely restocking of products.
Skill & Experience Requirements :
- SPM/STPM/ Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies/ Administration or related field
- Knowledge in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin, as the role involves communication with staff in China.
