AI/ML Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models to enhance the existing Ordering App, focusing on personalization, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Personalization:

Design and deploy AI-driven features for personalized recommendations, promotions, and user experiences.

• Custom Offers:

AI analyzes user behavior and preferences to provide personalized product recommendations and promotions, increasing relevance and engagement.

• Tailored Menus:

Users see suggested customized menus based on their past orders, preferences, and local trends.

• Data Analysis:

Analyze customer behavior data to develop predictive models that enhance user engagement.

• Behavior Forecasting:

ML models predict user behavior, enabling proactive engagement strategies like sending timely offers or reminders.

• NLP: Implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for chatbots and voice assistants within the app.

AI-driven chatbots and voice assistants offer personalized customer support, enhancing user interaction and satisfaction.

• User Segmentation:

Targeted Campaigns: AI segments users based on their behavior, allowing for more precise and effective marketing campaigns.

• Model Deployment:

Optimize and deploy machine learning models using cloud platforms like AWS Lambda and SageMaker.

JOB SKILLS REQUIRED:

• University or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, E-commerce or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of experience in full life-cycle software development (includes analysis, architecture, and design documentation)
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and AWS services (Lambda, SageMaker).
• Strong background in data science, machine learning algorithms, and NLP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a flexible and dynamic environment
