ASSISTANT OPERATION MANAGER

Job descriptions:
• Responsible to deliver one-stop customer service in resolving customer's enquiries with accurate clarification.
• Handle operation of seafreight, airfreight and end to end deliveries & customs clearance.
• Provide customer service to clients and overseas agents by handling their enquiries / quotation and updating shipment status proactively.
• Liaising with customer & functional departments on delivery and report generation.
• Complying with company directions, policies and SOPs.
• Handle any task assigned by immediate superior or company management from time to time
Requirements:
• At least 1 or 2 years working experience in customer service & logistics will be preferred.
• Knowledge in Oversea Import Regulation & Requirement would be an added advantage.
• Fluent spoken & written in English / Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Able to work independently and strong work commitment.
• Immediate vacancy.
