THE ROLE:
Partner with leadership and other members to manage the accounting activities. This includes strategic analysis for key customers, contract review, internal/external audit engagement, SOX compliance, month-end close and financial reporting.
THE PERSON:
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a result driven approach, high sense of teamwork, ability to handle multiple topics at once, excellent communication skills, positive outlook, and the ability to speak up and make recommendations in a fast-moving environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consolidate / Coordinate quarterly close activities with finance team
- Rebate calculation and analysis for key customers
- Contract review
- Create slides for account reviews & financial results package
- Strategic deal analysis
- Own exit call evaluation and variance analysis
- Create and implement business mechanisms that are scalable to help the team make data-driven decisions
- Build rhythm of the business processes that help business leaders understand progress to goals as well as strategic insights to guide overall direction
- Perform ad-hoc analysis proactively and present findings to senior leadership
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Finance and/or accounting professional experience.
- Semiconductor or high-tech industry experience.
- Effective communication skills and experience working with international teams.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems.
- Ability to lead teams in a cross-functional setting
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI, automation, Macro VBA.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in related discipline preferred
