Responsibilities
- Managing various customers’ orders in the various internal system.
- To generate weekly/monthly customer report.
- Play an integral role in communicating the needs and enquiries about the repair progress between customers and internal operation team.
- To coordinate and prepare with internal member for customers’ visit and audit.
- Responsible to monitor the progress of customers’ order / PO / Quotation / Contracts.
- Perform other tasks as instructed from time to time by Management and/or the immediate Superior.
Requirements:
- Diploma /Degree in any discipline
- Min. 2-3 years of working experience in Project/ Program Management, Customer Service in a manufacturing environment.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook Knowledge
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidate must be able to work at Taman Perindustrian Cemerlang, Johor area.
