  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Responsibilities

  • Managing various customers’ orders in the various internal system.
  • To generate weekly/monthly customer report.
  • Play an integral role in communicating the needs and enquiries about the repair progress between customers and internal operation team.
  • To coordinate and prepare with internal member for customers’ visit and audit.
  • Responsible to monitor the progress of customers’ order / PO / Quotation / Contracts.
  • Perform other tasks as instructed from time to time by Management and/or the immediate Superior.

Requirements:

  • Diploma /Degree in any discipline
  • Min. 2-3 years of working experience in Project/ Program Management, Customer Service in a manufacturing environment.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook Knowledge
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidate must be able to work at Taman Perindustrian Cemerlang, Johor area.
