Job Requirements:

  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Malay
  • Mandarin is main priority, We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM Holder in any discipline
  • Training will be provided; Require fast learner applicant
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed. No working experience is required
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, honest and trustworthy
  • Proficiency in: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office duties such as answering calls, emails, and managing records. Assist in student registration, scheduling, and maintaining attendance records.
  • Provide clerical support to faculty, including preparing teaching materials and setting up classrooms.
  • Process student fees and payments, and manage financial records.
  • Assist in academy events, workshops, and exhibitions.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and assist with reporting and documentation. Ensure compliance with academy policies and maintain confidentiality of records.
