Responsibilities:-
· End-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, resume screening, conducting interviews, hiring, and training.
· Conducting on-boarding program for all new employees.
· Responsible for staff leave administration, office maintenance, and staff attendance.
· To perform other ad-hoc tasks/projects pertaining to Human Resources duties as and when required
Requirements
· Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration
· At least 1 year of related working experience will be advantage
· Good knowledge of local employment laws and statutory
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision
· Mature, self-motivated, disciplined, Passionate, work credible and reliable
· Medical, Miscellaneous allowance, Insurance, etc
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- Mandarin (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
