Warehouse Supervisor

工作职责 (Job Responsibilities):

• 负责仓库整体日常工作的安排。
  (Arrange the overall daily operations of the warehouse.)
• 负责与业务相关部门对接。
  (Coordinate with relevant business departments.)
• 负责班长的业绩考核。
  (Conduct performance evaluations for team leaders.)
• 负责处理异常情况。
  (Handle exceptional situations.)
• 对班长的日常工作进行监督与抽查。
  (Supervise and randomly check the daily work of team leaders.)
• 协助部门管理者优化仓库流程。
  (Assist department managers in optimizing warehouse processes.)
• 考核员工技能培训成果，更新仓库人员技能图表。
  (Assess training results and update the skill chart of warehouse staff.)
• 编写和审核操作规程 (WI)。
  (Write and review work instructions (WI).)
• 进行仓库KPI数据分析、库龄分析。
  (Analyze warehouse KPI data and stock aging.)
• 优化库存结构和库位安排。
  (Optimize stock structure and warehouse locations.)
• 监控和检查5S执行情况。
  (Monitor and inspect the execution of 5S standards.)
