To comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Compulsory participation in monthly & yearly stock count, Internal & External
Perform Material Receiving (GR) and Material Issuance (GI) using Barcode Scanner and ERP System
To ensure that Material Issuance is issued out is based on FIFO.
To liaise with Production Supervisor on preparation of raw material, standard items & packaging request / issue / transfer for production usages.
Highly meticulous and discipline to ensure that data entry into ERP System is on time and accurate
To establish and maintain 5S and ensure the warehouse floor is safe, clean and tidy.
To ensure Materials labelling system (stock card) is in good manner (Quantity, Item, location, etc)
Organize store or warehouse space & optimize space utilization
To execute for loading & unloading containers for internal moving or shipment.
To ensure correct label of pallet, shipping mark and related document for shipment
Coordinate logistics requirements pertaining to transportation and all forms of export documentation
Performs other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Diploma with 2-3 years’ experience in managing manufacturing store or warehouse
Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP System
Willing to Work in Shift
Experience in operating Materials Handling Equipment such as Forklift / Reach Truck is an added advantage
You have great communication skills and teamwork spirit
