Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant work experience in quantity surveying, construction management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Job Responsibilities:
- Cost Planning and Estimating: Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects. Analyze drawings and specifications to determine project requirements. Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs.
- Tender Management: Prepare and issue tender documents, evaluate and compare contractors' tenders and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors.
- Contract Administration: Draft, review, and manage contracts. Ensure that all parties adhere to contractual obligations. Handle contractual disputes and claims.
- Project Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project progress and compare with planned schedules. Prepare regular financial reports, including cost analysis and forecasting. Track variations to the contract and manage changes to project scope.
- Client and Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders and provide expert advice and support to clients regarding cost and contractual issues.
