Ansell is looking for a Head of Quality to lead the manufacturing quality team for the Surgical & Clean Room BU.

In this position, you will be supporting the VP of QARA in driving strategic direction and operating plans for the Surgical & Clean Room manufacturing operations. You will also be responsible to champion quality culture and mindset across the organization by focusing on creating customer value, through offering total quality management leadership to the business for statistical process control, quality assurance, improvement roadmaps, regulatory compliance, product reliability, and new product development.

What your role will be?

Technical responsibilities Ensure that manufacturing practices and quality outputs at the plants comply with regulatory requirements through a proactive approach Promote best practices in quality and foster a quality-oriented culture within the organization Analyze industry trends, customer requirements and business objectives to develop guidelines and methods, while continuously striving to enhance efficiency and competitiveness Establish effective processes for managing customer complaints, change management, process validation, and core quality metric Management responsibilities Serve as a coach to plant QA Leads Support & guide Plant QA to ensure: Harmonization of QC labs Effective budgeting Smooth operations Seamless collaboration with Plants Operations, Regulatory, R&D and Commercial team Act as a trainer or SME for Ansell Core Quality procedures

What will you bring to Ansell?

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in glove manufacturing or medical device industry. Good knowledge in 6-Sigma, ISO13485, FDA, Medical device regulations, and GMP.
