Production/Factory Supervisor

We are a leading construction company specializing in Industrialized Building System (IBS) construction and civil construction, and we are seeking an experienced Production/Factory Supervisor to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in IBS and roofing industrial and a proactive approach to production management.

Responsibilities:

- Supervision and Leadership: Lead and oversee the daily operations of the production/factory floor. Provide guidance and supervision to production staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

- Production Efficiency: Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce wastage, and meet production targets. Implement best practices to improve productivity and workflow.

- Quality Control: Monitor product quality at various stages of production. Implement quality control measures to ensure that products meet the company's high standards and customer requirements.

- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of raw materials. Minimize production disruptions due to material shortages.

- Training and Development: Train new employees and provide ongoing training to existing staff to enhance their skills and capabilities. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.

- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure that all safety protocols are followed by the production team.

- Reporting: Prepare production reports, analyze key performance indicators, and present findings to management. Make data-driven recommendations for process improvements and operational enhancements.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering,Business Management or related field preferred.

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in production or factory supervision, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

- Strong leadership and team management skills. Proven ability to motivate and inspire production teams.

- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and inventory management.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and their implementation in a manufacturing setting.

- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools for process optimization.

- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
