POSITION PURPOSE
The Account Executive is responsible for supporting the Bank & Treasury, Taxation, as well as
System Administration functions. The incumbent is to work closely with the banks, external
customers and vendors, as well as internal stakeholders.

Reporting line: The position reports to Senior Finance Manager under general direction.
Supervisory responsibilities: Not applicable
Financial delegation: Not applicable
Budget responsibilities: Not applicable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Bank and Treasury
Liaise within the unit and with external parties i.e. students, customers and banks to
identify payment details, and ensure official receipts are generated accurately.
Complete the reconciliation of the company's bank accounts in a timely manner
throughout the month and at month end.
Assist in other treasury matters such as bank signatory updates, and online banking
user management.

2. Customer Relationship Management
Responsible for handling queries or tickets received from internal and external
stakeholders via various channels.
Deliver effective and prompt service to internal and external stakeholders, including
prompt issues resolution and adherence to privacy, confidentiality and compliance
requirements.
Escalating issues where necessary to ensure prompt resolution.

3. Taxation
Responsible for preparing necessary documents related to tax incentives.
Perform transaction analysis in order to support yearly company tax queries.
Assist in other company tax related matters, such as tax estimation and transfer
pricing documentation.

4. System Administration
Responsible for creating asset master data, project master data, and budget
relocation accurately according to stipulated requirements and timeline.
Provide Level 1 support on system related matters.

5. Other Finance Function
Perform other duties as and when delegated i.e. back-up function, business process
improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or other relevant professional certification.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools. Knowledge or experience with
SAP System will be an added advantage.
Good communication skills with strong commitment to excellence in customer service.
Ability to prioritize and work to constant deadlines under pressure.
Attentive to details, good analytical skills, enthusiastic and resourceful thinking.
Positive person, able to work independently and enjoys dealing with people at all levels.
