Key Responsibilities:

  • To monitor and maintain regular records of all maintenance-related administrative operation reports
  • Provide administrative & co-ordination support to maintenance matters
  • Be responsible for preparing and updating monthly cash budget using excel
  • Raising Purchase Orders, Payment Requisition Forms to facilitate payment processes as required by Finance Department
  • Be responsible to assist Team Leader in managing and checking attendance of general workers, cleaners and landscapers
  • Be involve in joint inspection with homeowners on one-time defect exercise so as to prepare and see through the administrative paperwork for the defects reported by the homeowners to sign off before rectification commences
  • To assist in proposing administrative procedures and strategies to improve and facilitate interdepartmental interactions
  • Provide backup support to other operating departments
  • To work with other operating departments to ensure outstanding defects have been cleared, and follow up closely on maintenance-related work to upkeep the unsold units and/or common area that belongs to the developer
  • To handle and manage overall administrative maintenance work
  • Proper document, filing and records of all maintenance-related work
  • Any other duties assigned to you


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma holder in business administration
  • Min 2 years (s) of experience in the property developer/real estate industry.
  • Good command of verbal and written English, Melayu.
