The role of the Site Admin is to co-ordinate and provide support to the Project Team. The person should be able to work on their own, be self-motivated and proactive.
- Profession Certification in Administrative, or related Professional Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of working experience with the relevant position.
- Undertake administration duties, assist in manage department head schedules, appointments and meetings.
- Punctual & reliable
- Possesses good interpersonal & communication skills, patience, discreet, and has the drive to complete task.
- Able to work independently with a high degree of commitment to meet reporting deadlines
- Methodical, accurate and consistent attention to detail
- Able to manage and prioritise tasks and time efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – articulate and diplomatic manner
- Excellent organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills and the able to facilitate team co-ordination
- Willingness to take on added responsibilities as and when required.
