The role of the Site Admin is to co-ordinate and provide support to the Project Team. The person should be able to work on their own, be self-motivated and proactive.

  • Profession Certification in Administrative, or related Professional Qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience with the relevant position.
  • Undertake administration duties, assist in manage department head schedules, appointments and meetings.
  • Punctual & reliable
  • Possesses good interpersonal & communication skills, patience, discreet, and has the drive to complete task.
  • Able to work independently with a high degree of commitment to meet reporting deadlines
  • Methodical, accurate and consistent attention to detail
  • Able to manage and prioritise tasks and time efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – articulate and diplomatic manner
  • Excellent organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills and the able to facilitate team co-ordination
  • Willingness to take on added responsibilities as and when required.
