Job Responsibilities:
- Final set-up and assemble mechanical parts, pieces or products using a variety of tools and equipment.
- Read, interpret and follow basic engineering drawing, diagrams, specifications and other written instructions or procedures to accurately perform final set-up/alignment of module or equipment.
- Fine tune, test, and troubleshooting module or equipment in accordance with current standard operating procedures for functionality or quality.
- Rework and/or repair an equipment according to engineering specification changes.
- Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
- Verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to drawing specifications, using instruments, such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
- Perform quality work checks to insure the product meets quality standards and adherence to customer specifications.
- Participate in the quality assurance of handler, collect handler MTBA/ peel force report, perform machine checklist and in the internal machine qualification.
- Assist Specialist/Snr/Design Engineer on evaluating and troubleshooting new module or sub-module integrated on handle.
- Assist Specialist/Snr/Design Engineer in support production in solving design related issue.
- Working with the R&D team to solving process problems as to develop keep the high quality standard of handler.
- Set up and commission new machine installations at customer site.
- Understand customer requirements and perform data analysis.
- Monitor & track progress of major projects at customer sites.
- Review work activities with supervises.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as instructed by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent.
- Able to travel and support at customer site.
- Literate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
