Responsible for preparing Quotation, Invoicing, Collection and monthly reconciliation
Processing invoice and delivery order (DO) to clients accurately within their terms
Ensure zero % mistake on invoice
Update invoice/payment in the invoice list
Follow up payment from client every week once due
Maintaining relationship with clients through telephone and e-mail communication regarding the status of invoice and payment
Prepare Payment Voucher (PV)
Ensure all invoices and payment vouchers are scan and filed on the server on a timely basis
Learn to use the system used by clients (Ariba etc.)
Assist in bank account(s) opening and closing, liaise with the bank matters
Support preparation of audit-related activities
Prepare job costing once job done
Communicate with operation team regarding report submission to client etc.
Maintain a proper filing system
Assist in daily monitoring of account receivable
Support ad-hoc assignment

Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
Fresh graduate are welcome to join us!
Candidates with or at least 6 months-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field will be an added advantage.
Diploma candidate must at least has 6 months to 1 year experience.
Computer literacy - MS Office programs.
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with good command of written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Excellent team player, proactive, fast learner, diligent and result-oriented.
Detail oriented with good prioritisation and time management skills.
Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to work under pressure.
Possessed own transport.
Able to start work immediately is an added advantage (November 2024).
