JOB DESCRPITION:
- Oversee the overall sales performance of assigned projects or properties.
- Propose and implement effective sales strategies.
- Identify sales opportunities and develop strategies that align with the Group's sales objectives.
- Build, lead, and motivate a highly motivated and results orientated sales team.
- Monitor and track sales processes to ensure timely closures and proper documentation.
- Organize sales and promotional activities to enhance market presence.
- Monitor staff's weekend/ road show duties.
- Conduct market feedback analysis on assigned projects to facilitate continuous improvement on products and services offered.
- Manage appointed sales agents to ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and support overall Sales & Marketing functions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma, Degree in Marketing or relevant fields.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience managing sales teams and consistent record of sales achievement.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Property sales for high-rise units is preferred.
- Strong communicator and lead team to achieve targets.
- Willing to travel outstation.
