JOB DESCRPITION:

  • Oversee the overall sales performance of assigned projects or properties.
  • Propose and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Identify sales opportunities and develop strategies that align with the Group's sales objectives.
  • Build, lead, and motivate a highly motivated and results orientated sales team.
  • Monitor and track sales processes to ensure timely closures and proper documentation.
  • Organize sales and promotional activities to enhance market presence.
  • Monitor staff's weekend/ road show duties.
  • Conduct market feedback analysis on assigned projects to facilitate continuous improvement on products and services offered.
  • Manage appointed sales agents to ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and support overall Sales & Marketing functions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma, Degree in Marketing or relevant fields.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience managing sales teams and consistent record of sales achievement.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Property sales for high-rise units is preferred.
  • Strong communicator and lead team to achieve targets.
  • Willing to travel outstation.
