  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Quality Assurance & Quality control - Food Manufacturing
Location : Pulau Carey, Selangor

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Oversee all QA/QC activities in all production lines and new product development.
  • Arrange, coordinate and participate in external quality audits such as HACCP, MESTI, GMP, HALAL accreditations.
  • Maintain and updates manual and documentations of HACCP, MESTI, GMP, HALAL accreditations.
  • Always to have good communication and work closely with inter-department like Production, Sales team to improve the product quality, handle and attend product complaints, etc.
  • Responsible for the quality control aspects of raw materials, packaging, label and finished products.
  • Prepares reports on each test preformed for measuring quality, quantity and composition.
  • Take initiative in setting quality standards and ensure that production is maintained at such standards.
  • Responsible for maintaining the long-term continuity of production and service quality.
  • Keep records of all tests that have been carried out with the team.
  • Perform quality control analysis including tests and inspections of products and processes with the team.
  • Maintain the corporate quality manual and quality records.
  • Review and report the principle causes of quality loss and non-conformance, propose solutions to Management.
  • Ensure all check sheets are correctly completed and all non-compliance found have had the correct action taken and signed off.
  • To perform other related duties or ad-hoc duties or assignment assigned by management from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificates, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduated Diploma
  • Flexible and able to perform.
  • Preferably with some working experience in food related industry (MESTI, HACCP, GMP, HALAL)
  • Able to work independently with minimum of supervision and meet tight deadlines
  • Good leadership, problem solving & communication skill
  • Computer literate such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
