Job Description：

•Oversee end-to-end shipment processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and coordination.

•Plan and coordinate transportation, working with logistics companies and couriers to ensure efficient deliveries.

•Sources and negotiate with new vendors.

•Work with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs to ensure timely delivery.

•Liaises with relevant team about the shipment progress and documentary work.

•Track shipment schedules and resolve issues promptly.

•Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

•Handle packing and shipping based on customer orders, ensuring timely and safe delivery of gifts and gift baskets.

•Inspect the packaging and product quality, ensuring they meet company standards.

•Meet tight deadlines and handle urgent tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

•Diploma/Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.

•Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.

•Strong communication and coordination skills for working with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.

•Proficiency in logistics software / Microsoft Office tools.

•Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve logistical challenges.

•Familiarity with international trade regulations, customs, and compliance procedures.

•Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation methods.

•Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

•Strong leadership and team management abilities.

•Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Working Hours

•Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
