Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
    • Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness for the dealership.
    • Develop and oversee campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, print, and events.
  • Digital Marketing Management:
    • Manage the dealership's website, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for SEO.
    • Create and manage content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
    • Oversee pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, including Google Ads and social media ad campaigns.
    • Analyze digital campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Content Creation and Management:
    • Develop engaging marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, blog posts, and press releases.
    • Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators to produce visually appealing and effective marketing assets.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends in the EV market.
    • Analyze competitor strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
    • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Event Coordination:
    • Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and dealership open houses.
    • Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to sponsor or participate in community events.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
    • Manage and nurture relationships with current and potential customers through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
    • Monitor expenses and adjust plans as needed to stay within budget.
  • Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry.
    • Skills:
      • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content creation.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
      • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms).

    Preferred:

    • Experience with the electric vehicle market and understanding of EV-specific marketing strategies.
    • Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
