Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness for the dealership.
- Develop and oversee campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, print, and events.
- Manage the dealership's website, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for SEO.
- Create and manage content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Oversee pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, including Google Ads and social media ad campaigns.
- Analyze digital campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Develop engaging marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, blog posts, and press releases.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators to produce visually appealing and effective marketing assets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends in the EV market.
- Analyze competitor strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and KPIs.
- Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and dealership open houses.
- Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to sponsor or participate in community events.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Manage and nurture relationships with current and potential customers through targeted marketing efforts.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
- Monitor expenses and adjust plans as needed to stay within budget.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry.
- Skills:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content creation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms).
Preferred:
- Experience with the electric vehicle market and understanding of EV-specific marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
