  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make sure products (retail, salon, consumable) in the warehouse are in the correct storage location following category.
  • Make sure products in the warehouse are in good condition.
  • Monitor and analyze expiration dates of all products in the warehouse and outlets.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of stock transactions (HQ to outlets, outlet to outlet, outlets to HQ).
  • Ensure Goods Receiving, Stock Transfers, Stock Returns, be done timely and within stipulated turnaround time.
  • Check monthly outlet stock audit reports from the Operation Audit team and cross-check with warehouse inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Coordinate and participate in stock-take activities to reconcile physical inventory with records.
  • Conduct regular inventory cycle-count at warehouse.
  • Maintain and update Supply Chain and Procurement SOPs for warehouse and outlets.
  • Support the Procurement Executive to help monitor and analyze stock movement and holding.
  • Support the Procurement Executive to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
  • Assist in projects and ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:

  • At least a diploma certification in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a supply chain or inventory management role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Workspace and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with inventory management processes and procedures are preferable.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt.
