Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, take orders accurately, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Order Taking: Handle POS (Point of Sale) system to take orders and process payments.
- Food Preparation: Assist in preparing and serving food items according to the company’s standards.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the dining area, kitchen, and counter areas are clean and organized. Perform cleaning duties such as clearing tables and mopping floors.
- Handle Customer Feedback: Address customer questions, complaints, or feedback professionally and escalate any issues to management when necessary.
- Follow Health and Safety Guidelines: Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- Teamwork: Work closely with other crew members and assist in additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- No formal education required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
- Prior experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory. On-the-job training will be provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry light to medium loads for extended periods.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekdays/weekends/holidays
- Willing work at Melaka
- Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player.
- Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
