- Greet and serve walk in customers, advise, offering assistance and promote products and services.
- Active in social media to promote motorcycles and get sales.
- Daily calling and follow up with customers, handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Build strong relationship with customers.
- Educate and assist customer to test ride.
- Achieve monthly booking target & sales target.
- Handle sales process, including booking collection, loan submission, bike registration and bike delivery.
- Attend roadshow to promote products and build brand awareness.
- Receive and unload new shipment.
- Prepare and submit report to HOD on time.
- Teamwork.
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by superior or management.
- Can speak in English, B.Malaysia and Mandarin
- Candidates must with relevant diploma or above certification.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to work as a team
- Excellent communication skills to understand customer requests
- Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation
- Possess B full license will be an advantage
