We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate outbound calling Telesales (电话销售) who is persistent, can sell and follow-up, and believes in the culture of success to assist and provide “back-office support” in our overall sales and marketing efforts. This job allows you to work from home with flexible working hours.
Key responsibilities include the following:
- Prospective call to clients to acquire new business opportunities, sell projects, follow-up payments etc.
- To build relationships and revenue with our existing customer base while proactively developing new opportunities via outbound calling.
- To deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.
- Generate/convert leads for the agents and/or company through telephonic conversations and/or online platforms.
- Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback or queries.
- Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed.
- Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products
- Be aware of the latest industry trends as telesales and apply them as when appropriate.
- Liaise with the respective person in charge regarding customer queries and complaints.
Ideally, you possess the following skills and experience:
- Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a telemarketing or sales role.
- Ability to speak with confidence and to build instant rapport with potential clients.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English language.
- The ability to communicate in Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage but not compulsory.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and/or property sales is an excellent advantage.
- The skills to manage high outbound calling volumes.
- Experience in meeting targets through effective sales techniques.
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides etc.)
Other Requirements:
- Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback.
- Very adaptable, punctual, reliable, trustworthy and long-term commitment.
- Good time management and flexibility in your priorities.
- Have basic knowledge of formal writing and internet research skills.
- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software.
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and be results-oriented.
- Able to be independent with minimal supervision and guidance.
- Able to multitask and support the team remotely.
- Able to start IMMEDIATELY!
Further information:
- This is a 6-month contract, with the potential for a permanent position depending on performance.
- This position is on a ‘work from home’ basis from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (Malaysia time).
- There may be occasions you will need to adjust to New Zealand business hours as required.
- Applicants must have their own computer or laptop with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Open exclusively to Malaysians or Permanent Residents with full legal working rights in Malaysia.
