Main responsibilities:

  • ️Handle inbound calls (Average 80 calls/daily)
  • ️Resolving customer's enquiries or complaints in timely manner
  • ️Promotes and verbally share latest promotion campaign information to the call-in customers (when chance arise)

Remunerations:

  • Basic salary up to RM4000 (subjects to experiences)
  • Shift allowance RM350 fixed
  • Quarterly KPI incentives RM800 - RM1800
  • Other allowance: transport allowance, meal allowance, language allowance, OT claims and etc
  • Staff benefits: Insurance coverage, Optical + Dental claim

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate Degree holders are welcome!
  • SPM and Diploma holders with call center experiences are encouraged to apply!
