Main responsibilities:
- ️Handle inbound calls (Average 80 calls/daily)
- ️Resolving customer's enquiries or complaints in timely manner
- ️Promotes and verbally share latest promotion campaign information to the call-in customers (when chance arise)
Remunerations:
- Basic salary up to RM4000 (subjects to experiences)
- Shift allowance RM350 fixed
- Quarterly KPI incentives RM800 - RM1800
- Other allowance: transport allowance, meal allowance, language allowance, OT claims and etc

Requirements:
- Fresh graduate Degree holders are welcome!
- SPM and Diploma holders with call center experiences are encouraged to apply!
