As Key Account Coordinator, you are the face the Company to our customers. Your tact, sensitivity and professionalism strongly influence customer satisfaction and Company's prosperity. You partner with your team to generate sales, provide excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day operational support to your customer accounts.

  • Demonstrate customer service excellence by receiving, fulfilling and following up on account orders and enquiries within a stipulated timeframe, and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of product orders.
  • Keep master list and pricing related documents updated.
  • Effectively manage Webshop orders and price changes for Webshop items.
  • Source the right suppliers to meet all specification requirements for spot buys.
  • Ensure all customer inquiries, such as RFQs or back orders are addressed timely.
  • Ensure customer order data accuracy in the ERP.
  • Provide accurate periodic and adhoc reports.
  • Process billing timely to ensure smooth accounts receivable. You also process credit notes and debit notes when required.
  • Manage filing for the department.
  • Ensure world class customer service is achieved.
  • Ensure compliance with Vallen's sales policies and procedures.
  • To perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
