MAIN OBJECTIVES:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR support at the business unit level, working closely with other HR Sections.
- Ensure compliance with local Employment Act and prevailing human resources legislation and practices.
- Responsible for payroll administration and employee database maintenance
- Responsible for the whole recruitment process and activities from sourcing to hiring to fill up the open vacancies with the right person and right competency in shortest lead time
- Responsible for general office administrative and maintenance
- Responsible on monthly payroll calculation and disbursement, leave management, staff claim
- Responsible for timely processing of payroll and related for submission to relevant government authorities such as EPF, SOSO and LHDN
- Responsible for full cycle of recruiting which include sourcing, proposing the matched profile, arranging interview and follow up with the hiring manager on the interview outcome
- Manage all HR evaluation process and letters such as, confirmation, offer letter, promotion letter, bonus letter, yearly performance review, increment and etc
- Review and monitor in matters related to staff attendance such as absence and punctuality
- Maintain effective filling system and HR records for easy retrieval purpose
- Assist of employee grievance matter
- Administration for Group Insurance Policy and insurance claims for employees
- Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues/ payroll
- Other duties as assigned
- Responsible for staff retain and ensure all staff is well allocated with task. Report to manager for any available resources
- Responsible to monitor and ensure timely submission of timesheet
- Create engagement job code in practice manager for timesheet purpose
- Handle client billing including remind manager for collection
- Prepare and maintain documents, records, files and reports to company's admin requirement and practice
- Responsible for office administration activities, manage procurement of all office supplies of stationery, supplies, equipment, and furniture
- Responsible to ensure office cleaning and maintain office etiquette
- Manage the office security system and handle the staff access card
- Other duties as assigned
