  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

    • Tenant Management Responsibilities

    • Assist the Property Manager all aspects relating to the tenants and assigned properties
    • Complying and managing regulatory authorities such as DBKL, Land Office

    2. JOB DISCRIPTION

    • Assist the Property Manager to manage all aspects of assigned properties
    • To maintain a positive, working relationship with tenants
    • Liaising with tenants on expiring leases/contracts in a timely and reliable manner
    • Assist to tender, advertise and help market vacant spaces
    • To effectively collect and manage security deposits, rental owing and other charges in relation to quit rent, assessment on a monthly basis in a timely manner
    • To issue reminders, late payment interest penalty if applicable to tenants
    • To maintain proper records and history of the RSGC properties in all matters relating to each tenant

    Responsibilities to the Property Sub Committee and The Committee

    • To attend and take meeting minutes related to Property and others.
    • To prepare papers for recommendations to The Committee based on the decisions of the Sub Committee.
    • To produce required management reports for the Sub Committee , The Committee for information and approvals.
    • To maintain accurate records on RSGC properties on club titles, QT and Lease land if any and maintain proper records of all property management activities

    Responsibilities with Government Authorities

    • To monitor changes in relevant legislations affecting Club land
    • Assist to advise on statutory compliance issues in relation to RSGC properties in particular draft plans, DBKL Master Plan, Land Matters and Development Orders including Certificate of Compliances etc…

    3. ANY OTHER ASSIGNMENT

    • Assist to secure property by contracting with security patrol service; installing and maintaining security devices; establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures; responding to emergencies.
    • To perform other duties assigned by the superiors from time to time.
