Job Responsibilities
- Manage and process customer sales inquiries for both cash and credit transaction;
- Mange and resolve customer and stakeholder complaints and issues;
- Prepare and process quotation, purchase order, sales order and other necessary sales and procurement documents by ERP system;
- Perform sourcing activities to meet customer requirements and project needs;
- Builds positive and effective relationships with customer and stakeholder and ensures their satisfaction;
- Engage in persuasion and negotiation, resolve problems and decision making skills which includes escalating unsolved cases to the relevant stakeholders and departments;
- Ensure timely closing of sales orders and or purchase orders.

- Ability to work and thrive under pressure in fast-paced environment while being able to multi-task;
- Ability to learn new computer software (MS office, ERP system, automation software);
- Experience in related industry (e.g., electronic manufacturing, infrastructure, construction, offshore and marine, aerospace maintenance repair and overhaul, etc.) ;
- Engineering Knowledge is required, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
