Customer Service Executive-Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate air export and import shipments, including scheduling shipments, arranging carriers, and tracking shipment progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Work with pricing team to secure best freight rates.
• Issue shipping documents and complete customs declaration timely for air export and import shipments.
• Issue Tax Invoices for all completed shipments.
