Roles & Responsibilities
- Review and maintain full set of accounts to ensure compliance to accounting requirements including timely month end closing and report submissions within scheduled group reporting datelines.
- Set up internal control systems for finance department to ensure continuous improvement in operation efficiency and effectiveness.
- Financial analytical review and forecasting.
- Projects claims, billings, costing, tracking, reporting, etc.
- Cash flow management and forecasting to ensure healthy working capital level maintained at all times.
- Banking facilities applications, utilizations and settlements, etc.
- Inter-departmental support for sales, operations and inventory matters.
- Liaising with external auditor, tax agent and company secretary for the necessary statutory filings and compliance.
- Liaising with local councils/government authorities for necessary license applications, renewals and correspondences.
- Ad-hoc reporting and tasks as per required.
Requirements
- ACCA graduate or possess equivalent degree
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in audit field
- Languages required (verbal and written): English, Mandarin, BM
- Team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skill, able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proactive, passionate, keen to learn and always think out of the box
- Possess own transport and valid driving license
- Willing to travel
