Job Description

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions including manpower planning, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, payroll administration, employee relations and performance management.
  • To strategies and planning for HR department to link back all the initiative to achieve the company business objectives.
  • Conduct regular updates on human resources policies, process and procedures to keep the Company abreast of current practice and communicate to management on any new development.
  • To manage and lead Human Resources practices and objectives that will promote a positive workplace environment.
  • To ensure HR operations effectiveness and efficiency by compliance to ISO standard, HR KPIs, statutory act, employee policy and guidelines.
  • Report relevant HR information to the Division.
  • Liaise with external parties related to HR matters. (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, Immigration, MyExpat (ESD), MyEg, HRDF, KDN, etc)
  • Manage of service providers/vendors such as Agencies, Cleaner, Security, network, building maintenance, Hostel managements (foreign workers)
  • To keep track on staff’s confirmation and conducting an exit interview and finding out reasons for leaving (exit interview)
  • Responsible for day-to-day administrative duties for the company to ensure the smooth running of daily operation and to undertake any ad hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirement

  • Candidate must at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Familiar with Payroll & Leave Management Systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Employment Act & Labour Law in Malaysia.
  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin is an added advantage.
